The curiosity towards the way our surroundings are inhabited and cultivated has driven me to explore the spatiality and intangible matters of our living environments. The indescribable transformations within the time and space, hand in hand the culture and the nature are drawing fascinating stories for us to discover and continue in our part.
For me it’s in the wide interest towards to learn to dwell, to find the awareness of oneself in the surrounding environment, that has brought me to work within urbanism or landscape architecture as a whole. It has become a part of how I am being in the world, how I see the world and which ways I am communicating my views with others. To find, embrace and practice – with the sense of a place and an atmosphere – the visual, spatial and literal explorations on my path.
Originally from Finland, I’m currently making these explorations in the South of France – learning the knowledge of dwelling under the Mediterranean sun.
